How does it work?

You choose the most suitable date for the survey.

You select the criteria for inclusion, to tailor the survey to your school.

Your questionnaire and accompanying letter are drafted by us and checked by you before we produce the required quantity for distribution.

You receive clear instruction on distributing the questionnaires to pupils and on how to achieve the maximum response rate. The completed questionnaires are then returned by pupils to form tutors, before being passed on to us for collation, analysis and report production.

The final report, which presents our findings clearly in the form of tables and graphs, is normally delivered to you within 4-6 weeks of the survey. You then have unlimited access to our team of experts if you require further explanation or clarification of an issue raised in the report.

The survey is repeated regularly so that performance trends can be monitored and you are able to see the effects of your management decisions over time. From the surveyed opinions of over 1 million parents we have identified the following 17 areas as being important to parents at every British school. For these areas we measure importance and perceptions of performance as part of every EPM.
