Kirkland Rowell Marketing was founded by Mark Chaplin in 1995. Based on Northumberland Square in North Shields we specialise in providing schools with the management data they need to make decisions and allocate resources with confidence.

In 1998, after much development, the EPM (Education Perceptions Monitor) was launched. Over 10 years later our team of experts have accumulated a wealth of experience in providing schools with tailored self-evaluation surveys.

In April 2010 Kirkland Rowell became part of the Granada Learning Group. Along with Schoolcentre and Professional Development Services, Kirkland Rowell forms part of the new GL Performance division. GL Performance is a leading provider of management tools and resources that are designed to maximise the impact of self-evaluation, school development planning and school improvement in primary, secondary, independent and special schools as well as schools with Academy status.

This product is now providing hundreds of UK schools with an accurate statistical model of their performance as perceived by their pupils, parents and staff.
